Bosco Noronha

Bosco is the Assistant Vice President of Customer Support at JRI Technologies. With more than 15 years of corporate experience, Bosco strategizes end-user communication while playing a dynamic role in making JRI’s customer support experience outstanding. During his tenure with JRI, Bosco has developed a keen understanding of customer supportability features which has helped him develop pro-active solutions to meet organizational goals. He operates with a dedicated team of professionals who function incessantly towards quantifying customer experience. An enthusiast at work, Bosco prioritizes the development of key metrics that accommodate customer growth and impart higher team productivity.

Before joining JRI, Bosco has gained considerable experience working with organizations such as Datamatics Global Services Limited and Country Club India Limited. He also holds an MBA degree in Operations from Sikkim Manipal University besides being a Commerce graduate from L.S. Raheja College Of Arts & Commerce.

Sagar Patil

A result-oriented professional, Sagar Patil manages the Accounts team at JRI Technologies. Dedicated towards conceptualizing and implementing financial procedures at the organization, Sagar has gained remarkable expertise in working capital management, profit monitoring and building internal financial controls. At JRI, his pivotal role includes formulating budgets and implementing systems/ procedures, conducting analysis, preparing key reports to exercise financial control & enhance the overall efficiency of the company.

With precise knowledge of taxation, Sagar is focused at management of financial activities to ensure successful processing of internal, statutory and tax audits within time. Throughout his career at JRI, he has largely contributed towards achieving organizational objectives through a comprehensive analysis of annual reports and by providing a solution to control expenditures.

Prior to joining JRI, Sagar has worked with reputed firms such as Tata Motors Ltd. where he served as an Associate. He has also worked with A V Karkera & Associates, a group of Chartered Accountants in Mumbai.

Priyanka Saha

A Techie by passion, Priyanka manages the Software Services Division at JRI Technologies. Right from shaping the technological infrastructure of the organization to strategically planning software based functional requirements, all the major responsibilities of defining and maintaining product development processes, are handled by Priyanka at JRI.

She additionally manages software development lifecycle and ensures the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.

A professional go-getter, Priyanka believes strongly in having the right technology and tools for the successful development of a company’s product.

Prateek Samar

An Engineering Graduate with MBA in Marketing, Prateek brings a keen understanding of the business requirements, strategy formulation and revenue generation. With more than 15 years of professional experience in Domestic & International market and success-driven knowledge, Prateek operates as Chief Business Officer at JRI. His remarkable expertise in articulating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, Business Development, managing Key Accounts, finalizing key business deals, Team Management and managing corporate alliances gives him the specific focus and vision to meet business objectives and developing powerful business solutions for the future. He is an energetic, motivated, consistent performer, passionate traveler & committed individual making him an invaluable asset to the organization.

Prateek’s previous tenure as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Arya Omnitalk Wireless Solutions Pvt Ltd., furnished him with the competency to productively handle strategic development, build industry awareness and create innovative marketing strategies to leverage business to new heights. He has also served Birla Corporation Ltd. as Assistant Manager of Sales and Marketing where his key responsibilities was Market growth and his planning & marketing strategies has made him achieved the Appreciation letter for recording Highest Sale during his tenure.

Prior to this, Prateek has worked as a Deputy Manager for the Travel Industry Services Business unit at Avenues India Pvt. Ltd, where he successfully marketed the organization’s top hospitality brands ResAvenue and HotelsAvenue in both Domestic & International markets.
